A beautiful younger vintage Beni Ouarain carpet with a more unusual pattern! Very densely handknotted with a field in ivory and patterned in black, charcoal and dark brown. The composition displays a classic network of female lozenges with a modern design twist flanked by thick double sided black borders. Very nicely finished with a flatweave band holding checkered tufting and long twirled fringes on both ends. Medium pile and 100% wool. Feels dense and soft under foot. This carpet is in a very good condition.
