Bone Inlay and Mother of Pearl Inlay
To clean your Bone & Mother of Pearl Inlay Furniture and Accessories, wipe with a slightly damp cloth. These pieces have a porous surface, avoid any liquids.
If your furniture piece if in high-use situations we recommend sealing with grout sealant (available from any hardware store) to protect the surface from any liquids.
Please note: As Inlay Furniture and Homewares are hand-made by skilled craftsman, irregularities in the resin and inlay is not considered as a fault, it is the nature of this hand-made product.

Malawi Chairs and other Malawi Cane Products
Some furniture (particularly furniture living on the coast and exposed to heavy mists) can form a residue over time. Iron oxide stains in wood are usually dark spots caused by prolonged exposure to water and / or metal. The iron oxide reacts with the tannins in the wood and stains it black.
